Help on submitting forms.

Check the status line of your browser (At the bottom of the screen in Netscape). Your browser will first contact your Mail server and then send the form.

In order to submit the form you must set up your InterNet E-Mail address and your mail server for your Viewer.
For Netscape and Mosaic, select OPTIONS at the top of the screen, then select PREFERENCES. Using the SET PREFERENCES pull down menu, select MAIL AND NEWS.
Fill out your Mail (SMPT) server, if not already filled in and then enter your INTERNET address.
